AI credits are a shared monthly allowance for the workspace. Usage varies by model and task, so one credit does not necessarily equal one message or reply.

Are channel-provider charges included?

Provider charges are separate where applicable. The Free plan includes 100 connected Telnyx call minutes per month; Telnyx number and carrier charges are billed separately by Telnyx.

Does every member need a separate plan?

Plans include the member seats shown above. The listed price is for the workspace, with its included seats and allowances.
